Responsibilities
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Team Member to join our operations team in Antalya, Turkey. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining an organized and efficient warehouse environment while ensuring all inventory is accurately managed and safely handled. You will work collaboratively with team members to support the smooth flow of goods and contribute to our commitment to operational excellence.
- Receive, inspect, and organize incoming shipments according to warehouse procedures and safety standards
- Accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment using warehouse management systems
- Maintain organized storage areas and ensure proper labeling and inventory rotation
- Operate material handling equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, safely and efficiently
- Conduct regular inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies with attention to detail
- Monitor stock levels and communicate inventory needs to supervisors
- Adhere to all safety protocols and maintain a clean, hazard-free work environment
- Assist with loading and unloading trucks while following proper lifting techniques
- Support team members and contribute to a collaborative warehouse culture
- Report equipment malfunctions or safety concerns immediately to management
Qualifications
- Proven experience working in a warehouse or logistics environment
- Proficiency in operating warehouse management systems and basic computer skills
- Forklift certification or willingness to obtain certification
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to lift and carry items up to 50 pounds regularly
- Attention to detail and accuracy in inventory management
- Knowledge of warehouse safety protocols
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Physical stamina and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Reliability and consistent attendance
