Depending on our operational needs, we hire zero-flight First Officers (FOs), experienced First Officers (minimum 1,000 hours), and Captains (minimum 500 hours of command experience).

Beyond traditional flight duties, we offer our pilots diverse career development opportunities, including roles in flight safety, training (TRE/TRI), and cockpit management. We rely entirely on our qualified internal talent pool for these specialized assignments, fostering long-term professional development.
