Twice a year, we host a special orientation day designed to welcome our newest colleagues and help them quickly understand how their roles fit into the bigger picture. Our orientation day focused on employees who joined SunExpress within the last six months, excluding flight crew members who had already experienced a similar onboarding during their training.
