Connecting Talents: Reflections from the ODTÜ Career Fair

For the past two days, we have had the pleasure of being at the ODTÜ Career Fair (one of the most prestigious academic institutions in Türkiye). It was a privilege to host our booth alongside four talented ODTÜ graduates, and I would like to introduce you to my colleagues who will share their career paths as inspiration for your own journey.

The FLY Talent Experience

İrem and Taha joined SunExpress last October through the third session of our FLY Talent Program. Both are ODTÜ graduates who applied to our fresh graduate program, successfully completed the assessment process, and became valued members of our family in different departments. Taha currently works in Procurement, while İrem is a key part of our Training Team.

From ODTÜ to the Cockpit

Beyond our office-based roles, we were supported each day by one of our pilots from our Ankara ESB base. On the first day, we were joined by Mustafa, and on the second day, we welcomed Serhat. Both of our First Officers are also ODTÜ graduates who joined SunExpress in 2019 through our inaugural MPL Pilot Training Program.
