From Eskişehir to Our Line Maintenance Facilities: First Graduates of Thrust Talent Program

Launched in 2024, the Thrust Talent Program was created to strengthen our future technical force by training aircraft maintenance technicians in collaboration with leading universities.
After introducing the program last year with Eskisehir Technical University and expanding it this year to include Cappadocia University and Kocaeli University, we’re proud to celebrate our first graduates. Twenty-three students have completed the program and are now working as Candidate Qualified Mechanics in our company, marking an important milestone for the program.
This milestone reflects far more than the successful completion of a training cycle. It demonstrates our commitment to investing in technical excellence and supporting the development of future aviation professionals. By guiding these young talents from their academic studies to their first operational roles, we’re helping build a new generation of skilled technicians who will uphold the highest standards of safety and reliability across our operations.
